Has anyone been following coronation street? 
 

Regarding the stabbing incident what  kind of crime is it that describes Dillons actions.
 

Its knife possession but would it be deemed manslaughter or 2nd degree murder.. if he didnt have the knife theres a high chance Mason wouldn't have died.

I don't think there is second degree murder in UK courts.

I haven't seen the show for a while.
