Showering/bathing washes away your body's natural oils and emollients and this can leave your skin dehydrated. But as long as you moisturise often it shouldn't be a problem.
As the one above,it would be alrite aslong as u moisturised but it would be better for your skin if u just had a wash on somedays and showere/Baths another,etc....
I don't believe that the water would do you any harm but the soap, shampoo or whatever would. And artificial moisturisers are no substitute for the skin's natural oils. So, just don't use soap etc. too often.
It could be bad for your immune system - the obsession with bodily hygiene these days seems to be contributing to a massive increase in immune deficiencies and allergies over the past few decades. By continually sterilising one's body (on the outside at least) we are removing the low-grade exposure to bacteria and viruses which helps us to develop and maintain our immune systems leaving us wide open to attack by even the wussiest of bugs. I know it's difficult if you have an messy outdoor job or one where you work up quite a sweat. I would say, try to wash with water only when convenient (for example when rinsing off dust and sweat) but don't take unnecessary risks by avoiding washing hands after handling nappies!
