My husband is being treated for prostate cancer with the above medication and by and large tolerates it well since there are not too many side-effects to come to terms with;however he has developed a side effect in the form of a loose cough which the doctor is treating ,he has had all the usual diagnostic tests to make sure it is nothing sinister --which thankfully it isn't-- but I was wondering if anyone else who might be on the same medication has also developed a cough.
Having worked in a pharmacy for a number of years,I have been through the data sheet enclosed with the injection with a fine tooth combe and it does mention that this could be a side effect along with interstitial pneumonitis which is also mentioned, just wondered if there was any comments forthcoming.

Some of which i can remember are muscle weakness, paraesthesia, hypertension, palpitation, alteration of glucose tolerance and of blood lipids; hypotension, jaundice, thrombocytopenia and leucopenia.
