Foot pain!

The area around my big toe really hurts! Ive had the feeling that my toe needs to click since last week, and now the ball of my foot hurts too. Bending my toe forward hurts most.

Is this from wearing bad shoes? I wear high heels relatively often, so I cant think why it would suddenly hurt in one foot!!

Actually by ball of my foot I mean the paddy bit under my big toe!!

Could be bruised? Could be gout? How old are you and are you male or female?

Need some more info before we can offer advise!

oops sorry im female and im 19!! dont think it could be gout? I thought only older people got that?!

Do you think its worth a trip to the docs?

Its worth a trip to the docs ifit persists but could it be a pair of shoes?

I know I've had a similar thing after spending hours in a pair of killer heels, see how it is after the weekend and stay in flat shoes!
