sweating!

whenever I ho out 2 a party me and my friend are always first up on the dance floor the only thing is by the end of the night I am sweating so bad my hair is soaked and it looks disgusting but my friend is always fine what can I do???

Not a lot probably! Different people sweat different amounts; i always end up pretty icky if i've been clubbing and dancing lots but if you look around, you'll see lots of the others there - if not most of them - are the same. It's perfectly natural, after all, your body's just trying to cool itself down. Maybe your friend's a sweatless freak! :)

Believe me it is not all good news if you don't sweat - even in the tropics I am dry as a bone but the thing is you can't cool down - I have even nearly collapsed with heat stroke which can be very dangerous .. so ... your body is cooling you even though it is not so pleasant at times, at least you are working properly !

I have exactly the same problem and my hair goes frizzy and I go absolutely bright red! I wish there was a cure! x

Can you dry your hair off with the hand dryer in the toilet at odd intervalls before it gets too bad.Stop breakdancing and do the funky chicken instead!Sorry my little joke!
