Depending on your sources, anywhere between 4�" and 6�" when erect. That's quite a range though for a true average, so i'd imagine every different study shows a different result.

asian men are slightly less, on average: 5"-5.5", or there abouts

black males have the longest erect penis' on average, 6" to 6.5"

the exact figures are very much uncertain, but most studies taken have found results about those regions. and btw, these aren't just for the UK, its worldwide.

Although the Kinsey report was carried out in the US in the 1950s, I'd be very surprised if the figures for UK males fifty years later are significantly different. So, on that basis, I'd suggest that the average length for an erect penis is probably about 5.9 inches:
