Ebay 2nd Chance offer

If I offer a loosing bidder a 2nd chance offer on a compleated item on ebay, does this prevent the winning bidder from paying for the item on ebay?? I have 4 concert tickets and sold 2 but I now want to sell the remaining 2 to the second highest bidder.

No, it is not a problem -i Had identical items and id what youare suggesting without any problem.
