There are many 'quack' cures for male baldness sold and marketed. Does anyone have any genuine cures for male baldness?

This question has been raised a number of times, and the answer is sadly still the same ... there is no cure, because if there was, someone would be a billionaire, and I among others would be very happy! The best 'cure' is to loose your hair gracefully. Cut it short, keep it clean, and forget about it. People really don't care that much, neither should the individual concerned.
