strange gas?

i have a very tender neck/shoulder if i block my nose and blow i can taste a sort of ear waxy smell, also in room temp a noticeablevapour comes from my mouth

Could be infected sinuses . .coupled with an ear infection.
The tenderness in your neck could be due to swollen glands.Go to the doctor !!
