I dont know what the most common contagious disease is but I do know that the number ONE killer in North America is Heart Disease.. It kills more people a year then killers, drugs, smoking and all that stuff.. Harsh hey?! so everybody get out and go for a walk and eat your vegies!!!!!! haha
