No, but I use evening primrose oil which, believe me, has made a big difference (just ask Mr Spudqueen!).
I didn't, but found taking a magnesium and zinc supplement helped tremendously.
A friend of mine swears by Aggie, as she calls it, and I swear by Dong Quai.
