i used to get concerned about the most stupid of thing's, i had a dose of hypno, it didnt go under like paul mckenna,i just felt comfy while they told me how good it could be,or how good i could be!!
you probably wont take my advice seriously but, think about!!
ps.........and dont have pills, they are just a mask!!!!!
i had a girlfriend who always cheated on me, and i her!!
it was a mid 20's thing, any way, 1 day i looked at her dad who worked 18hrs a day while his wife sh*gged behind his back, and i thought.......... this is my life!!!
but for some reason i could'nt walk away, jelousy i suppose?
that triggered it for me, i went to hypno, the woman who did it for me, found my inner me, and brought ME out of myself!! i am not joking within a month i was a single man and finally enjoying myself again!!
since then,i have become fairly succesful in business and have a beautiful loving wife and 2 great children!!!
It does seem to be like a vicious circle of worry, that we sometimes get into. Does that make sense?
Dancealot, its your lucky day. I read this post!
I have suffered from anxiety for over 18 years now, on and off. My doctor many years ago said it was responsibility that does it for me! Ho hum, eldest is now nearly 19 and youngest 16 so hopefully it will get better soon. My last bad episode happened last summer. I just had a massive panic attack and couldn't get myself out of it for hours. Eventually calmed down enough to go to dox next day and got something to make me sleep but it knocked my confidence so much I was off work for 2 months. Its still a part of me but breathing helps and knowing that its not worth fighting it. It is a natural reaction to life. Loads of web sites that helped me. But just knowing I am not the only one helped the most. So, take care and breath in for 7and out for 11, it works! All the best. Luv Pog x
Hey Dancealot,
I suffered from bad anxiety attacks and they only stopped a few months back. I am still scared they will start up again but I can't let it run my life. I saw a hypnotherapist which was the best thing I ever did. She did wonders and really helped me control them. She also recommended homeopathic remedies instead of pills from the GP or things like that.
You
Ooops..
You can get these at large chemists like Boots or from Holland and Barret. (That is the health shop isnt it?)
Try Bach rescue remedy or Nelsons Aconite - 30c's.
They are helpful.
I have loads of other remedies but mostly just tips the Hypnotherapist gave me. If you want to chat, email me at [email protected].

Well, people seem to be into this hypnotherepy. I'll have to try it. I've just made a very big transition in my life. Moving back from NYC to start a life near my family and boyfriend. I love being home, but the worst part is that I am a performer.
That's all Ive ever done my whole life, and sometimes I feel like I don't know what to do now that Im home. I hate my job, but I love being with my family and boyfriend.
See, I always try to have a plan like most people. Now that I left NYC, ...that is no longer something I work towards. But because that's all I had, now I feel empty. When Im doing my daily routine of 8-5, I try to think of what it would be like to have children and if Im ready for that, or if Ill even like that type of life-style. I think Im just freakin' myself out. Im not even engaged and Im only 24. But Im not happy in my job and Im not sure what to do with myself because I've always been a performer. And I don't want to teach because Im a perfectionist, and I really don't enjoy working with people (all day long) that arn't as experienced as me. I do teach part time, and that's just enough.
Life can be so difficult sometimes.
