I'm really sorry for going on about this but its really scared me!! Is it possible for the flu or something like that to alter the weight of your period? xxx

Yes. Being sick, stressed, change of environment, change of routine, change of sleeping patterns....all of it ultimately can effect your period. Im sure you are just fine. What are all of your symptoms?

well i just had really bad stomach ache (and back ache)and nothing else for like a day n a half so i thort it was period pains, then i was sick and i now know it is possible to be sick because of that, but as id never had anything like this amount of pain and it was lighter i was quite worried. Now im starting to think (fairly convinced) i jst had the flu or something and that on top of it just made them both more painful. xxxxx
You sound alright to me sweety. I've had terrible cramps before with very little bleeding, so I wouldn't worry to much.
i'm differant every month, sometimes in agony others don't even notice, flow changes as well, but if your realy worried pop to docs.
