I had muscular, skeletal strain of the trapezeum. The muscle connecting the top of your neck to the shoulders. It can be caused by any movement which may have led to the muscle jarring / twisting etc
The doctor said hot radox baths, Ibruprofen and pain killer. (nurofen). And that it should clear up between 3 to 10 days.
