ARGH Nose!
6 Answers
Do any of you have this annoying (hard to describe) rough dryness in your nose/mouth at the top at the back?
I think a lot of people get it when they wake up in the morning. And when you talk it can feel weird.
I've had this quite a lot recently. I've tried like getting a glass of water and putting some in my mouth and tilting my head back so it gets rid of that dryness... It works but it soon comes back.
Anyone know what I'm talking and/or how this can be sorted out?

The reason its common in the morning is usually because its caused by an allergy to the dust mite, p i r i t o n or z i r t e c k tablets cover most allergy symptoms including itchy eyes, rough throat, rashes and stuffy nose. Go see a doc if its really bothering you for a expert advice!
No but I do get this thing where I tickle the roof of my mouth at the back with the tip of my tongue and then just cannot stop...its the weirdest feeling and drives me nuts some days but once I have started ...thats it!
Just don't start some might say...but I find myself randomly doing it when watching the telly or something without even thinking about it!

I do get itchy nose sometimes, not alot though. It's like everything feels weird-- like my hands feel really dry even after I've washed them. It's late in the day and I have no sleep in my eyes but it feels like I do. On the way home from college I have this nasty headache. I know this is quite a step from the nose thing but it's like they all come together. I feel weak.
If I could just sort each problem once at a time, that would be great :)
