Running
6 Answers
If I run for more than about 30 seconds my throat starts to feel red raw, my teeth & gums really really ache and I get an iron taste in my mouth. I can do other exercises (swimming, using gym equipment etc) for long periods of time with no problems but I cannot abide running because I know it will hurt so much! Whenever I explain this to anyone they think I'm balmy has anyone any idea what could be making me feel like this?! Asthma runs in my family but I only notice mine when I have a cold so not sure if this could be related or not. Has anyone ever had anything similar?

It's not so bad in summer though, and I don't get if I'm running on machine. But outside in winter-,yea god it absolutely kills! So sorry I got no solution (although I wondered if it's because I dont breathe properly-ie in through nose and out through mouth) but am interested to see you got the same problem! Will be watching to see if you get any helpful advice!
