Chest Hair Waxing

Was doing above to step son at his request and dropped a strip on carpet! Any ideas how i can get it off carpet :)

I know that putting brown paper over spilt wax on clothes and then ironing gets the wax out of the clothes and into the brown paper. Wouldn't like to hazard a guess if it works on carpet though! You'd have to cover a lot of carpet so that you didn't burn it!
