Just to let you know, I sent back my daughters ghd straighteners 2 weeks ago as they were only 15 months old and wouldn't work properly. Yesterday she received a free brand new pair in the post! Pog :)

I must admit when you posted the other week about sending them back I wondered whether GHD would do anything, but at the price they sell them for if they break after that length of time then it doesn't make them look very good, but a new pair! Excellent! I am soooo getting some....once the small mortage to buy them comes thru! ;o)

my 17 year old daughter has saved for GHD I however only have remmington ones and I must admit they just DO NOT HAVE THE SAME EFFECT.
When she is away like this half term for instance and I have to make do with the remmington ones I beg her to leave them - last time she did this time however the little darling couldnt be persuaded - leaving mum with messy hair.....or buy a pair of my own aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagh
