Awwww Kazzi... thats horrible! I can't even think of anything to suggest... Have you tried sleeping with the TV on in the background so you can hear it... or playing calming music? You can buy a sound machine... maybe the noise would give your mind something to focus on and you wouldn't have bad dreams?
When I was younger I had 3 dreams all within about 2 weeks, about my little brother getting killed! Its horrible and I feel bad saying it but I always thought that if you didn't tell anyone about a dream then it would come true but if you told someone then you broke the spell. In the first dream he fell out of my mums bedroom window and I know why I dreamt that. Coz my mum always used to check she had shut her window before she left for work in the evening. The second one he drowned in our school pond and the third he cracked his head open. These dreams freaked me out and I never forgot them. I think its coz I used to look after him so much when he was a baby! Awww.

Its like when you dream something bad and in the dream you need to scream and you open your mouth and no sound comes out! Thats a horrible feeling!
My ex had a dream once that I was screaming for him to help me and he was running down a corridor full of doors and he just kept running and I was so far away and he couldn't reach me and I was screaming for him! Weird!
