Please help me!! Everyday, my hair goes static and I don't know how to stop it!! It happens when I brush my hair, after I washed my hair, and even when I'm not doing anything to it!! Does anyone know any products that I can use to treat this fly-away hair, and where to get them?? Thanks. xxx

I know it�s an old thread, but if you are still around here�s my two penneth. I had a friend with a similar problem. It is static, which we all have, but is not being dissipated to earth. I am surprised you still have the problem when washing your hair, as the moisture will normally stop the build up. Most of the other suggestions are reasonable, but can I say, take a look at what you are wearing? Are most of your clothes man made materials? They are manly plastic based, and if not earthed will build up a charge until it causes your problems. If you are wearing nylon knickers, terylene trousers shorts or skirts etc. the static, as your clothes rub together will build up a charge which will short to earth, eventually. If it doesn�t do this it will cause your problems. I hope I have been clear!.

wooden combs/brushes prevent static ;)
