Actually I believe that moving house is the best form of exercise. I did it yesterday and excreted approximately 4 gallons of sweat. If you want to sustain a healthy lifestyle then I would suggest moving house twice a month. And preferably only move from flats which have at least 3 staircases for added excruciating pain.

thanks Champagne but I moved house in January and vowed NEVER AGAIN!! Maybe I could just run up and down the stairs all day carrying boxes of books.:)

Hope you're very happy in your new place.X

Thanks yinyang. x

The books/staircase could be the answer. For the ultimate keep-fit regime, why not skip up and down the stairs with books sellotaped to your ankles and arms to act as weights? :o)
skipping is a very good form of exercise - which is why boxers training routines are heavily based around the use of a skipping rope in the gym. Very hard on the knees though; start out with about 20 skips and build on from that about 3 times a week.
