Hey anyone know any natural remedies for hayfever which work? I'm dying!

coat the inside of your nostrils with vaseline. it creates a barrier to stop pollen irritating the lining

Washing your face especially the eyebrows and eyelashes helps as the pollen spores cling to these, also try to "clean " your nose out with a bit of water as the hairs trap the pollen aswell

Hiya, I suffer badly from hayfever, don't use any natural remedies, but what I find helps is taking tables a few weeks before it starts and get a nasal spray and eye drops and use them constantly. I have found that it has helped a great deal and have hardly had any symptoms, and I walk through fields and allsorts.

If your looking for a natural remedy though i have heard that if you take a spoonful of honey from your local area that is meant to build up your anti-bodies.

sasperella tablets or cough candy twists are guaranteed to do the trick. one placed discreetly up each nostril does me and a pair can last up to 24 hours
