menstrual cycle

My daughter (11) started her periods a few months ago, but she is having one ebery 3 weeks. Will this settle down? Thanks

hi liz,

They may well settle as your daughters body changes further but a cycle can be very varied and it may just be she has a short one.

and obviously in the meantime you can ask the ##nker above if he has a brail keyboard.

Hi lizwizz, when I started my periods (a while back now!!) I had exactly the same - a period every 3 weeks. I can only speak for myself, but mine settled down after about 4-5 months - hopefully your daughter's won't take this long.
