I must admit my hair still looked OK though. I have now stopped washing it every day in the shower and leave it for a few days and I have stopped using conditioner.
The only thing that springs to mind is that surely the hair must smell. I would hate to think my hair smelled.
I know of a few people who leave their hair and they have 'just stepped out of the salon' hair!
I just dont really see any reason to leave your hair...We all have regular showers/baths (i pressume), our hair always gets wet, so why not just add a bit of shampoo?
The only thing i know about my hair is that when i dont straighten it or blow dry it for a while it tends to be in a lot better condition.
But just for hygiene reasons i wouldnt really on 'nature' on this one.
Hang on a minute. What do these people do about haircuts? Do they have to insist on dry cuts at the hairdressers? :o\
i did this and i can confirm it is true.
i left my for about 8 weeks and it went nice after about 4
i only eventually washed it because i got pelted with eggs and flour on misechief night.
it isn't nice for a while, which is the hardest bit, but it does go lovely.
it doesn't smell or itch. nature knows what its doing and will cover all bases given a chance.
you should give it a good brushing and even a blow through with a cool hairdryer.
i also do not use deoderant. and i don't smell. i wash and spray perfume under my arms.
