Overtired

i am dropping asleep here, this is the fourth nite I have wanted to just sleep when i have had my tea, does this mean I may well be unwell again? I only worked 44 hrs this week!

don't listen to the lesi,it is the hot weather,it seems to drain the energy from everyone,no wonder Superman keeled over with kryptonite,I know just how you feel,we need a holiday relaxing by a pool,fancy the caribbean????

Hi Dot.You do work very long hours hun,coupled with the fact that is is so hot this week,which is ever so draining.Why don't you try going for a lie down for an hour as soon as you get in from work,and then you might be a bit more refreshed for the rest of the evening?xx
