For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I would recommend either a hot oil treatment (you can buy it in small tubes), or get coconut oil (either from Superdrug or Asian shops). Rub coconut into the hair, cover with a hot towel and leave on for 30mins -1 hour before washing. Shampoo and rinse, adding 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to the last rinse for brunettes and the same amount of lemon juice for blondes.
Also don't forget to take B vitamins to restore strength.

Since I found L'Oreal Elvive Nutri Gloss Conditioner, I wouldn't use anything else. It's fab! My hair used to get really frizzy but it's really sleek now after using this. You don't need to use a lot either, so it lasts a while. xxx
