sea kelp tablets working!

ive been using sea kelp tablets for about 2 mths and i believe they are working,i take 3 a day of the 60mg ones.anyone know how long before they stop working as i heard they only work for a few months before they slow down again?i reckon my hair has grown about 2 inches and usually i reckon it would have only grown a bout 1 inch.my hair doesnt grow all that quick as it was badly damaged.anyone know anything else that will speed up hair growth....i want to be like rapunzel!!!!! xxx
