I am 36, Mum of two and hairy! I always have been. Its not the type of hair I want to get rid of with lazers or waxing, its all over me- akind of downy fuzz.. Its not coarse, not dark (as I am blonde), but its there. Being a school teacher I often have the kids saying,"You've got a hairy face Miss". I'd love to get rid of it. 36 years of it is enough.
I've been to my doctor many a time, and he is unable to suggest anything, other than going on a mini pill Dianette, which may help.
Are there any hormones I can safely take to help?
Any advice greatly appreciated!

Hi Teacher,

I understand how insecure this must make you feel. Kids always say the darnest things and never fail to see what you don't want them to. May be you should point out that they are different from each other and tell them everyone is different in their own unique and special way. Think about how you can have worst things happen to you and this would seem trivial compared to those trivial thoughts. Best wishes.
