I've tried exercise and a change of diet, but I'm still suffering from the effects of work-related stress. Can anyone recommend something that works but is relatively cheap and not too time-consuming that might help? Thanks
There is no easy cure. What works for someone else might not work for you. Do your employers know that there is a problem? If they don't then tell them. You can also get stress counselling through your GP or privately. Long term, a change of job or at least a lengthy sabbatical may be needed.
