Getting over someone....

I'm in love with someone who I know I can't be with, yet I'm finding it really hard to get over them. It's unavoidable that I see them every day, and have to spend time with them and I'm sure they have no idea about how I feel. Any advice or help on how to pull through this would be great as this situation is really getting me down and is making me depressed.... :(

Hi Crazy Fool - I am always getting myself into this emotional state. I fall for men too easily and always end up feeling hurt and lovelorn. Unrequited love is terrible to go through, but try not to dwell on it and get busy with your social life, do new things go out more and meet new people, and generally have as much fun as you can. Dont tell the person how you feel, not sure why you say you cant be with them, perhaps they are married? It will hurt now and feel like its never ending, but you will find someone to make you go all weak at the knees again.

Thanks RQ. I try to get on with my social life, but no matter what I do I can't seem to get her out of my head. I find myself thinking about her all the time, and I mean literally ALL the time. I've never felt this strongly about someone before. I can't be with them because they have recently announced that they are engaged. As you can imagine, when I found this out I was devastated! I wish that I didn't feel this way about her, and that I could just move on but I can't seem to do it..... :-(
