I�m not too sure if you can do it in 2 weeks. For the last year I�ve been saying I wont to tone up for my friends wedding, now I have two weeks to go and just never had the motivation to do it. I�d love to see if anyone can give you any methods.
I've never tried them but I've heard good things about these inch loss wrap things ( I'm sure they have a more technical name!). Your local beauty salon may do them but they're not cheap.
Also slap on some fake tan if you havent already. Things look worse when they are white and pasty.
Worst comes to worst you could buy a nice sarong. Most of all - enjoy your holiday!
I think squats will help this area? Hard on the knees tho if you've got dodgy knees. And you're gonna have to do a hell of a lot to feel better about area in three weeks, but if you start now I'm sure you'll feel the difference even if you don't see it-no pain, no gain an all that!
squats r very good for bum and legs. also can u go 4 a jog or a run? if u can take a run round the block every evening u should start to notice the difference by the time u go on hoilday. have a nice time xXx
Ive been told that going on a step machine (or if you dont go to the gym, im sure running up and down the stairs has the same effect) will help!

put your back against a wall and pull yourslef down until you look as if your sitting on a imaginary chair. Keep your arms off the wall as thats cheating. Hold this for 2 minutes (u may experience a little pain) and do this twice a day and you should get some tonage
Swimming is one of the best things you can do and it's easier on the knee joints etc. Why don't you get a spray tan before you go as that will give them a better appearance. Have fun on your hols x
