How would i go about getting one done, so i know what foods i shouldn't be eating etc? thanks

Holland and Barratt used to do them if you have one near you! I had it done years ago! I was allergic to all sorts!

Allergic in what sense...?

I mean if someone is allergic to something, wouldn't they know about it? Why do they need a test?

It is not an ALLERGY test, it's a test for INTOLERANCE to food substances. You will be able to find a local clinic in your local Yellow Pages.

I just had a test done at a place called Dr China; a chinese herbal shop. I think there are a few around the country. They cut a bit of your hair and test it. Then they tell you what foods are high, medium and low risk. It also tests for minerals too. �35 but worth it.
