i do a good no-bake one which is lush!!
400g digestive bbiccies crushed
250 g melted butter
3 tbsp brown sugar
4x300g tubs philadelphia
100ml double cream lightly whipped
4tbsp caster sugar
juice of 4 lemons
mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter ans brown sugar, place in a loose-bottomed tin and press down. place in the fridge for 30 mins.
mix together philly, cream, sugar and lemon til smooth, dollop ontop of biscuit base, smooth off and place in fridge til firm. i decorate mine with crumbled flake, but you can decorate it with raspberries/strawberries
its gorgeous!! ooo yum have to go and make one now!! lol
