I was round a friends house i couple of weeks back and in my sleep she decided to hack away at my hair, (we'd had an argument b4 i fell asleep).
i now have a thin layer underneath thats below my shoulders and a thick layer on top whcih is about 5 inches shorter :(.
my fringe now doesnt go with the cut and it just looks awful. i can't do anything with it. I had to miss my prom because of it. the problem is my dads getting married in september and Im supposed to be a bridesmaid.
anyone have any ideas of what i could do? I'm a 16 yr old girl and I'm deffinately not hacking it all off to the same length
thanks xxx

As the others suggested, go to the hairdressers, extensions would probably do the trick. And just think, how is she gonna feel, when she sees you with an even better hair do.
I wouldn't have her in my company again if I were you. Friends like her, who needs enemies.

spinchimp is correct. It is assault, and there was a case recently, where a guy cut his girlfriends hair off and he got 12 months jail term.
She must pay for your hair to be restyled, and report it to the police. What have your parents said about it?
Go to a good hair salon. What area are you in?....

send her a special delivery formal letter, stating the facts and demanding that she pay for it to be corrected or extensions or even a wig - whatever you want - otherwise you will take her to a small claims court, not only for the cost but for damages, expenses and emotional suffering. i supsect this would go your way as hair is very inportant to most women and although it will grow back it takes a long time and you are suffering until it does.
take photos and include copies - take them in the 'mugshot/misery' style.
you don't actually have to take her to court if you don't want to - the threat may be enough.
she is no friend so don't waste a moment worrying about losing her.
if she still won't pay up - "forgive" her - then get your revenge when the time is right
incidentally - what did you argue about?
if you have bonked her boyf/dad or something then forget the above
