or is there something that does diminish bruises? I had to have lots of blood taken today, and due to bad veins i have some awful bruises on my arms and look like a junky, have another blood test next week so would like to get rid of the bruises asap!
thanks

well i told him it was me, and wonder how he is with it lol
Arnica is great for bruises you can use cream on the bruise and boost it by taking it as the homeopathic remedey (nelsons). I used it following an operation on my nose where they said I'd be unable to open my eyes for 24hours and be bruised for 3 weeks. I was able to open my eyes an within a week the bruises had faded to pale yellow. The surgeon was so amazed at the result that he went off to investigate arnica deeper and I've heard he now reccommends it!
Vitamin C and Zinc also help speed the the healing process

thanks, dont think i can take the homeopathic though as i am pregnant, so will stick with external stuff, thanks guys
