As I've mentioned before, my flatmate and me, whilst being best mates for years, are often like chalk and cheese. He's very much a glass half empty kind of person, wheras I'm the opposite. In the pub last night we somehow got onto to discussing whether we had faith in the goodness of the average person, or whether you should be suspicious straight away. I'd rather give everyine the benefit of the doubt straight away, but he'd rather people work for his trust and kindness. After 3 or 4 pints this has now morphed into a challenge about the kindliness and humour of the average person. And this is how it goes.
I am to purchase a small stuffed toy, and tie a note around it's neck. This note will announce who the teddy is and that he wants to go on adventures. If you pick him up you're supposed to take him somewhere interesting and take a photo, e-mailing it to his brand new hotmail account. Once finished, you're to give him to someone else to do the same thing. He's bet me a fiver that I never hear any correspondance back. What does everyone reckon the chances are? And wehere should I leave him do you reckon?
