how do women make their legs look shiny?

i see so many women. especially on tv admittedly who have really shiny lovely looking legs. i know that after waxing that could do the trick but on the whole not for long. there must be a product they use! any tips welcome!!

I always slap some baby oil on my legs at the end of a shower - it locks moisture in and gives a slight sheen.

Baby oil works wonders after a shower while your skin is wet rub a tiny amount in, keeps them silky soft for ages, although its not recommended all the time as its too greasy and clogs the pores!

I've only ever had that look when I have a good suntan on my legs and then exfoliate in the shower. You can practically see your reflection in them!

Actually saying that hairspray helps but turns out to be a bit sticky or Body Shop do an oil mist which keeps your skin shiny

wat about E45 cream?? i use that on my legs and they seem to stay pretty7 smooth. i find that baby oil can make them look to shiny and appear greasy.

Yes I use Baby Oil gel, not as messy as the regular stuff. If you put it on wet skin then pat dry your legs you will not look like a Roast Chicken.

I had an aquantaince (spelling!) who was a page 3 girl and other more dubious publications and she said they use copious amounts of baby oil.
Liz Earle does a really nice shimmer cream that has loads of tiny, tiny bits of glitter in it, that does make you shimmer.

thanks everyone for their replies minus from the other sex. you boys do love waxed legs though rather than having to run your hands through a wire brush, so come on now. i have tried baby oil already but am reluctant too again as it stained my beautiful silk skirt and it just wont come out. i have recently tried the baby oil gel but obviously still oily!Davina macall has such fantastic shiny legs on TV, wonder if it is that spray on stuff then. Any other ideas more than welcome!!
