how do women make their legs look shiny?

i see so many women. especially on tv admittedly who have really shiny lovely looking legs. i know that after waxing that could do the trick but on the whole not for long. there must be a product they use! any tips welcome!!

I hav found the Philosophy Amazing Grace body emulsion makes my legs look shiny, hmmm maybe not shiny as such ust really moisturised with a lovely glow/sheen to them.

Failing tha I ue Liz Earle's vital oils they never fail to make my legs look shiny.
