My Dad's employers have issued this programme to all male employees, however my dad does not need it. I on the other hand, would really like to lose 2 stone to get back to my ideal weight.

Its a 21 day programme involving structured use of a nutricianal meal replacement powder combined with Volumonics (tm) exercise principle. Its supposed to be a kick start for losing weight, then you follow a balanced diet.

The programme says its specific to men, aimed at loosing the'gut'. This is also where my weight lies. Do you think it is safe for me to use this programme?

:-) Thanks :-)

Hi msa,

I admit to not knowing anything regarding this programme, but if it does prove safe for you, you might have to alter the amount of the nutritional meal replacement.

Men burn up calories quicker than women (based on the same excerise/task), and also require more calories than women per day.

I would strongly advise you against this kind of "diet" if you seriously want to lose weight and gain optimum health and nutrition you should consider a low GL (glycemic loading) diet. If you have a bloated stomach it may be that you have intolerances or allergies to wheat/gluten or dairy products.
