Hi there,

just took the kids and a coupla towels down to the beach (2 mins away) and had a swim in the sea for an hour and a play on the beach;

Why does swimming in the sea make you feel so good? Is there a physiological reason about being in salt water, or is it just the outdoorsiness?

Either way, me and the kids feel great, about to have tea and a fitful night's sleep; I love living here!

lucky you living by the sea!

Think it's a mixture of sun and the vigours of swimming that have left you feeling great.

Where is it you live by the way?
It's all the ''FERTILIZER'' in the sea that makes you feel great...

That could be the reason, hehehe.

Hi BOO, we live near CHichester. It's so lovely. The beach is shingle so nice and clean and even the baby loves going in. I guess she is going to become a right beach bum!

Still, it's a nice life esp in this hot weather.

I was near chichester, down at Selsey last night for a swim... really nice... I reckon it makes us feel so good as as we are 80%(?) water ourselves...
