Yes, I would. I'm saving the bucks for it as we speak. Continuing our "where" theme, I'll go to New York, since that's only an hour away from me.

Without getting too specific, I have a birth defect involving my left eye socket (I've only one eye), and over the years it's become more problematic for me. I've had to wait quite a while to contemplate the surgery; 10 or 20 years ago the techniques just hadn't been developed to deal with the muscle structure (or lack of) I have in that part of my face.

yes, i would defo get surgery done. i would really like a breast enlargement as mine are tiny and pointy - i would love them to be just a little bigger & round!! nothing too extreme though!!

I had a nose job and it's one of the best things I've ever done. I no longer have to endure the totally cruel comments complete strangers made about my nose. I wouldn't have minded but it wasn't that big!

yes i had a boob job 4 years ago, it was the best decision i have ever made. Also my sister had a tummy tuck last week and the results are amazing.
