Is anybody ridiculously hot???

Hi all,

I am sitting at my desk absolutely sweltering. I was on a course yesterday and didn't feel the heat too bad but I just can't cool down today. I have another training session this afternoon in a pokey little room and am absolutely dreading it. Anyone else having a really bad time of it today???

Nah not really. Im still half naked in bed, and its nice and dull outside today, lovely respite from the past few days weather. Try to leave the door to the room open for awhile before the meeting starts if you can to get some air in there.

Nah, its really dull and overcast here today too (Newcastle), still pretty warm though.....apparently it's gonna rain all afternoon and thunderstorms tonight!!!.....but back to scorchio tomorrow!

Saying that, it's gonna be awful this afternoon - going to a soft play area with a load of kids, so its bound to be really hot and noisy!!

Haha Bonnie Scotland! Edinburgh to be exact, pretty dreek today. I'd rather have the sun again though, building up a nice tan here!

Your not the only one, i'm suffering too. I do have a fan on my desk though but even that's not helping, it's just blowing around the warm air!!!

I have two hours of my training left and my eyes are getting very sleepy!! Why do they always do these sessions in the afternoon!! It's not too hot now but the heat earlier has just made me so drowsy!!! I am glad I am not the only one suffering today Faye!!
