So sore!

I was having a good old throw about with the american football up the meadows on Tuesday night with my mates, and im really suffering for it today - my muscles are so sore im walking like an old man! I've done some stretches but nothings really helping. Is it safe to do exercise when you're muscles are already sore, or should i just give them a rest apart from stretching every now and again?

Haha i don't live there, i stay near corstorphine hill, just went to check out the ladies!
It would definitely have been a better place to be than bl**dy Princes Street bl**dy Gardens. I only wanted a sit down and a sandwich, but half of Europe and Australasia had had the same genius idea - I stayed for half an hour and then bolted!

In case you're wondering, the other half of Europe and Australasia was on Princes Street, walking in one direction while looking in the other.

As far as your sore neck, I would wait till the pain has gone before excercising again.

Are you sure you didn't maybe damage your neck by gawping at all the lovelies walking by? Maybe you need to warm up better next time!

Lmao my necks fine, its my legs, bum and tossing arm that hurt. Though my neck should be sore with all the turning and gawking i was doing!
