My feet ache

My feet are killing me, especially at night. Do you think its the heat as I haven't walked far. Does anyone else have this problem at the mo.

Yes I am sure its the heat .... I find that if it gets too bad I put my feet on a pillow so they are raised and then rest a damp tea towel over them.

Or stick them in a bowl of cold water for a few minutes, with a couple of ice cubes added.
