i reckon i would be paranoid they would do it again, i would always be wary of going out with someone who had cheated before because if theyve got it in them to do it once they'll maybe be more likely to do it again.

hmmm ... difficult, I am of the opinion that if they have done it once they can and probably will do it again. For example - about 5 years ago I started seeing a married man, this went on for 2 and a half years. I then met someone else, his wife left him because she found someone else and he wanted me to go back to him permanently. For the last 3 and a half years we have texted and talked secretly until my relationship came to an end 2 months ago, now I see him quite a few times a week and he is due to get married in 2 weeks time!!!! Maybe he just a very bad apple but can you see where I am coming from and that is exactly why I would never settle down with this guy or any other guy that had left someone else for me.
