lots of cheese and onion pasties from greggs, the odd subway, beef and cheese is good, maybe a few Chorley cakes thrown in, they come in packs of 4 u know. oh and just to be sure, a chippy tea every friday........
Try looking into high protein and carb diets with low fat. I used this to turn fat into muscles, I am a women but followed something from mens health. Supplements such as whey powder help too x
