if you use this search engine instead of GOOGLE, the company who runs it will give 50% of its gross profit to your selected charity (or will share it between them all) - its worth your support, and it wont cost you a penny!

It's been called 'Google for hippies'
I'm not one to give to charity (except RSPB), and I'd assume that the search engine is littered with adverts.

nah, its a good search engine, infact i think its more useful than google, it brings back top results and theres short cut links taking you to useful for news, ebay, weather etc.
I just think for the sake of using this site instead of another (for example google) and am doing something positive, even without realising it. I dont have to spend money I cant afford in the process, but the owners of the sites give to your selected charity for you.... obviously they make money by advertising other companies sites - i.e. the shortcuts. Its worth it, even if your not the charitable kind - at the end of the day, if you were in need, you'd hope that someone, somewhere would help you and your family out.... for example I'm supporting 'Save the children', next month I might support a cancer charity, or diabetes research..... at the end of the day, it doesnt cost you anything......
