After a recent discussion with my girlfriend, can any one tell me if she works nights should she put her day cream on at night and her night cream on in the day? Or should she put them on as normal?

Put them on according to her lifestyle...night cream when retiring, moisture/day cream when she gets up in the evening to go on the night shift!!!

nightcream is meant to work when you sleep as the cells renew so it should be put on before sleep, whether that be day or night.
