can mouth ulcers, not fever blisters, be passed during kissing and/or oral sex and cause genital herpes?

However conditions which cause ulceration may be passed on. One example would be primary herpetic gingivostomatitis this is the herpes virus passed by kissing or oral sex sometimes leading to ulceration of the gums.
