is there anything in your office that you may be allergic too? (please dont say work lol)
you may be allergic to dust if your desk is dusty!?
Maybe you are allergic to work !! - It is quite common you know.
Is the room air-conditioned?
I get it, but I do the post every morning so opening and tearing up the envelopes makes me sneeze from all the paper particles
Sounds really annoying - obviously there is something in the vicinity that is making you suffer -I guess it will be a process of elimination (what is the cleaner using? Is someone close by using a certain perfume? Are you near the photocopier -these give out fumes? etc...) . As an immediate solution while you discover the culprit, you could try putting a mini-ioniser or air purifier on the desk to minimise any allergens or there is a brilliant nasal spray made from purely natural ingredients (inert cellulose powder) that has had really good results with allergy sufferers- myself included - it is called Nasaleze and it coats the nasal passages to stop irritants/allergens from penetrating. I think you can get it in Boots or maybe Holland and Barratt - mine was a freebie. If no luck Google it. Good luck - hope you find a solution soon!
All you need is a simple antihistamine treatment either a nasal spray, tablets or eye drops or a combination of them. See your doctor for whats best. I know how annoying and embarassing having a runny nose can be, plus it gets in the way of work.
